Terms and conditions
• You have contacted TLC for eyelash extensions service and have been referred to one of my associate technicians to carry out treatment on the date agreed. Based on a review and clearance of an invoice by the client, a non refundable deposit will be taken.
• You will need to pay a non refundable deposit. The remainder of monies owed will be paid on the day of treatment.
• On the day of treatment, the associate technician will discuss your desired package as well as other possible options that may be suitable for your appearance. They also need to fill a health questionnaire and/or disclaimer to a patch test. Should you wish to take up other packages other than what has been pre booked, then this will be between you and the technician to agree the price of the treatment.
• Reactions to any cosmetic applications including eyelash extensions are very rare in the beauty industry. However, a patch test is recommended 24 hours before any treatment and the client is required to go to the technician for this to be undertaken. If a client would like to proceed with treatment, despite the recommendation, without a patch test, a disclaimer will need to be signed which removes the technicians liability for any reactions.
• It is the responsibility of the technicians to be covered public liability insurance and that they are fully qualified to perform services to a high standard. The Lash Clinic endeavours to provide the highest quality of care and attention to our clients. We thoroughly research and select our technicians that conduct work for our company and have advised them of the above responsibilities.
• TLC operates as a referral service and following treatment, the relationship can continue directly with our associated technician.
• TLC will not be involved should any dispute arise between client and associate technician. However as part of continual review ans customer satisfaction, TLC will welcome any feedback of treatment and technician once treatment is complete.
